Beau Leopard Design - Awesome bass maker from my hometown of Rochester, NY. He has been extremely helpful to me in getting this whole thing started, and he makes great basses as well.
Adamovic - Nikola Adamovic builds in the Netherlands, and I really dig his style. I haven’t had the opportunity to play any of his instruments yet, but I hope to.
Nordstrand Guitars - Carey Nordstrand makes gorgeous basses, and some of the best sounding pickups that I’ve ever heard. I’m a huge fan of single coil bass tone, so his Big Singles are the standard pickup on any bass I build. He’s got plenty of other great designs as well. You really can’t go wrong with anything he makes.
Yancey Basses - Greg Yancey hand builds basses in Texas. I first found his site a number of years ago and am still very impressed with his work. He’s been very friendly and answered my emails many times.
